Core Package Flows
The product includes a set of predefined flows that support various features and business processes. Business administrators can enable or disable specific flows based on their organization's usage and business processes.
You can perform the following actions:
• Disable Flows: If certain product features are not in use, you can disable the associated flows to streamline operations and reduce unnecessary overhead.
• Enabling Flows: Some flows are disabled by default. You can review these and enable them based on your requirements.
To view the list of package flows, go to ServiceMax Setup > App Administration > Package Flows.
Each flow is listed with its Name and Description that helps admins understand its purpose and impact, enabling them to make informed decisions during configuration. For more information on managing flows, see Managing Package Flows.
