Technical Attributes in Service Tasks: Create and manage Technical Attribute Templates in Lightning Experience, and leverage them in Work Plans as linked activities to capture technical attributes for service products during task execution.
Entitlement – Service Product and Work Plan: Offer Work Plans as standalone or linked services with tiered pricing. Coverage from Service Plans and Warranty Terms flows into Service Contracts and Product Warranties. The entitlement engine selects the best coverage, and the Lightning UI shows coverage details, usage, and remaining units, helping users make informed decisions and enabling flexible service offerings.
Product Structure-Based Filtering: Identify compatible parts for installed products in SFM Lookups and Work Plans, add appropriate parts during Work Plan creation, and search for alternative parts using Replacement Part Search in SFM Lookup.
Field Change Order: Assign Installed Products automatically to applicable Field Change Orders with automatic matching, generate FCO Result Lines instantly, and bulk-upload Installed Product criteria or Serial Numbers to create FCO Result Lines at scale.
Preventive Maintenance: Support location-based grouping, automatic coverage for relevant products, and streamlined PM plan creation. Condition-based templates now include work plans or task templates at milestones, reducing setup and simplifying forecasting.
Configuration Profiles: Manage org-wide and group profiles using the redesigned interface, and assign users directly with the new user-based assignment mode to simplify configuration management.
Depot Service Management: Get real-time visibility into work orders, track queue progress, and streamline task management using the redesigned Depot Queue tab with List, Summary, and Kanban views.
Issue Reporting: Report issues at the Service Product level on Work Orders, improve traceability with accurate lookup field mappings, and streamline issue management for technicians and quality teams.
Automated Part Return Lifecycle: Automate the entire part return lifecycle from part replacement through return order creation.
IB Variance Calculation: Calculate variances between Installed Products and SBOM or product templates to identify missing or noncompliant parts, track compliance using weighted scoring and auto-recalculation, and correct hierarchy discrepancies with a flow-based validator to maintain accurate as-maintained data.
