Running Current-Day Optimization

Current-Day Optimization is a Production Beta feature in Service Board 25.1.
|
After you configure a System Job and a Current-Day Optimization record, execution is automatic. In cases where you need to execute Current-Day Optimization at times not covered by the execution schedule, you can run the System Job manually.
To run Current-Day Optimization:
1. In
Max Admin, on the
System Management (

) launchpad menu, in the
System Management section, click
System Jobs, and then in the list view, open the record related to the
Current-Day Optimization job that you want to execute manually.
2. On the record page, in the top right corner, on the
Options (

) menu, click
Run Job Now.
3. To monitor System Job status after execution begins, on the Relations tab, click Current-Day Optimization, and then in the list view, open the record related to the current execution.
4. On the record page, on the Current-Day Optimization Job Run tab, in the list view, click the auto-generated record for the current execution and confirm that the System Job has started and completed successfully.
5. Alternatively, on the
System Management (

) launchpad menu, in the
Current-Day Optimization section, click
Current-Day Optimization Job Run, and then in the list view, click the auto-generated record for the current execution run and confirm that the
System Job has started and completed successfully.
