Monitoring Current-Day Optimization Jobs

Current-Day Optimization is a Production Beta feature in Service Board 25.1.

To monitor Current-Day Optimization job status, you can check the Current-Day Optimization Job Run record, check application log records, confirm scheduling by checking the Dispatch Source field in an Appointments list view that includes the Dispatch Source field.
To monitor Current-Day Optimization jobs:
1. To check the optimization run status, in
Max Admin, on the
System Management (

) launchpad menu, in the
Current-Day Optimization section, click
Current-Day Optimization Job Run, and then in the list view, locate the record for the job run you want to monitor and check its status in the
Status column.
2. To check application log records, in
Max Admin, on the
System Management (

) launchpad menu, in the
System Management section, click
Application Logs, and then in the list view, click the log record for the optimization run you want to monitor to view
Resource determination location details, execution phases, and any errors or failure messages that may help with troubleshooting or understand processing status.
3. To confirm scheduling by checking the Dispatch Source field in Appointment records, do one of the following:

Max Designer, on the
Developer Tools (

) launchpad menu, click
Object Designer, and then in the left pane, search for and click the
Appointment object and click
Records and navigate to a list view that includes the
Dispatch Source column.

If no existing Appointment list view includes the Dispatch Source column, either add it to an existing list view or create a new list view that includes this column. For more information, see Creating and Modifying List Views.

◦ Configure the Appointment record form to expose the Dispatch Source field, and then open the Appointment record related to the Job you want to monitor to view the value in the Dispatch Source field.
