Permissions Required for Team Calendar
The minimum permissions required to use the Team Calendar feature in ServiceMax Go are as follows:
View Events for Self and Team Members:
Users must have Read access to Work Orders and Events, including non-work order events, assigned to themselves and their selected team members.
Users need object-level permissions to view records, such as work orders, events, for all team members they wish to add to their calendar view.
Team Member Visibility:
Users must belong to the same service team to see eachother’s calendar events.
Calendar Feature Access:
The Team Calendar feature must be enabled for the user profile in the ServiceMax Go Mobile Console (GCON).
