Sync Configuration
Sync refers to data sent from the app to the server or data received from the server to the app. This section explains how the sync operations work in conjunction with the sync gateway. It also describes the various sync-based configurations and how to define them.

Sync Types
Type
Description
Full synchronization performed when technicians sign in to the app for the first time after installing the Go app or when they sign in as a different user.
Synchronization of records matching the configured Download Criteria and Advanced Download Criteria, including attachments in a predefined schedule.
A full data sync, but only at a scheduled time.
A data sync when you save a record, but is limited only to the SFM transaction objects.
Downloads the latest configuration settings to the Go app.
