Viewing Run Details
Use the Run Details feature to access a detailed log of AI interactions. The log includes metadata such as user identity, session context, request origin, the AI agent triggered, and associated data source queries. It also captures the trace ID and the specific agent used such as Asset Service History or Knowledge Access.
Administrators use this information to validate whether the correct fields were queried and whether the AI-generated response aligns with the expected output. For example, to verify if the AI assistant provided accurate troubleshooting steps for a SonoScape S6 Doppler Ultrasound device, an administrator can inspect the interaction log and confirm the data sources queried.
To view run details, perform the following steps.
1. Go to ServiceMax Setup > ServiceMax AI > ServiceMax AI Console.
The ServiceMax AI Console is launched.
2. On the sidebar, select ServiceMax AI > ServiceMax AI Analytics > AI Usage.
The ServiceMax AI Analytics page is displayed with a list of AI interaction timestamps.
3. Select a specific interaction timestamp to view run details.
The Run Details window is displayed that lists the following information:

Input
Prompt message entered by the user. For example, Summarize Work Order.
Origin
Platform used to initiate the AI interaction, such as GO App, AI Console, or Zinc.
Chat Context
Full conversation between the end user and the AI assistant, including prompts and AI-generated responses.
Data Source Details
Queries executed to retrieve relevant data, such as component details, site information, and work order metadata.
Feedback
User feedback on the AI interaction, marked as positive or negative.
