Providing Feedback
Use the feedback feature to indicate whether an AI-generated response meets your expectations. This input helps ServiceMax AI learn from your preferences and deliver more accurate, relevant responses over time.
To provide feedback, perform the following steps.
1. Open ServiceMax AI Chat and locate the AI-generated response to review.
2. Tap the response and select thumbs up or thumbs down.
A feedback pop-up window is displayed.
3. Provide the details for the fields as described in the following table.
Field
Description
Fields marked with * are mandatory.
Thumbs Up*
Confirms that the response is helpful or accurate.
Thumbs Down*
Marks the response as unhelpful or incorrect.
Positive feedback
Describe what worked well in the response.
Negative feedback
Highlight what was incorrect or could be improved.
Comment
Add optional details to support your feedback. If the maximum limit of 10,000 characters is exceeded, a visual indications is displayed and you must shorten your input before submitting.
Submit
Sends your feedback to ServiceMax AI.
* 
Feedback options do not appear if the AI does not return a response.
The feedback pop-up window remains open and displays an error message when the device is offline.
