Configuring Knowledge Access Settings

Knowledge Access Agent is a pre-release feature. Contact Support or your Account representative to obtain access to the feature.
In the Knowledge Access Settings page, you can configure the access and behavior of the knowledge access of ServiceMax AI.
You can configure the following in the same sequential order on this page:
Enable User Access: Which users can access the knowledge access. For more information, see Enable User Access.
Documents Accessible to ServiceMax AI: Select the products and the related documents ServiceMax AI can access. For more information, see Adding External Document Sources.
Enable Knowledge Access: You can turn on the knowledge access for ServiceMax AI. For more information, see Enable Knowledge Access.
