The following capabilities allow implementation teams to integrate Zinc into enterprise IT infrastructure.

◦ Configure Zinc for ServiceMax.
◦ Embed Zinc into ServiceMax to support Workspace Conversations about Jobs in progress and Service Board route status notifications.
◦ Configure Hotline Links and integrate them into SFM Custom Actions that users can click in ServiceMax Go to easily start Hotline Group Conversations.
◦ Use the Messaging API to programmatically send Messages, create automated notification systems, and push information into Zinc from external systems.
◦ Programmatically import lists of User Properties into Zinc.
