Zinc for Administrators
In the Zinc Administrative Console, administrators can use the following capabilities to configure Zinc apps:
◦ Grant, modify, and revoke admin permissions.
◦ Manage Organization settings.
◦ Add or remove users from Organizations.
◦ Define custom user properties for User Profiles.
◦ Upload a .csv file to easily update user properties.
◦ Create Official Groups.
◦ Manage Official Group settings and membership.
◦ Assign and revoke admin access to Group Folders and Official Groups.
◦ Create Hotline Groups, define Hotline Automation Rules, and configure Hotline Chatbots.
◦ Enable user access rights to send Broadcasts.
◦ Create and edit audience lists.
◦ Send and manage Broadcasts.
◦ Create or remove notification Bots in Official Groups.
◦ Access analytical reports to gain insights into Zinc usage.
◦ Filter selected reports by date ranges.
◦ Export analytical data to .csv files for further analysis.
◦ Monitor Zinc system status.
