Setting Resource Recommendation Thresholds
You can configure the Resource Recommendation Star Minimum Threshold and Resource Recommendation Star Maximum Threshold settings to specify the minimum and maximum Resource recommendation thresholds used to identify appropriate Resources. Thresholds are specified as percentages of the full score. By default, the minimum threshold is set to 80%, and the maximum threshold is unspecified. Matching scores are calculated based on Job Requirements, and Resources whose matching scores exceed the specified minimum threshold and are no greater than the configured maximum threshold appear in the Recommended Resources list marked with a star. Other Resources are listed in descending order below the best-matched Resource in the list, with scores that reflect a subset of the skills of the recommended Resource.

• When the value configured in the Resource Recommendation Star Maximum Threshold setting is less than the value configured in the Resource Recommendation Star Minimum Threshold setting, no Resources are marked with a star, and a warning message appears.
• When equivalent values are configured in the Resource Recommendation Star Minimum Threshold and Resource Recommendation Star Maximum Threshold settings, only Resources with that exact threshold percentage are marked with a star.
• When a value is configured in the Resource Recommendation Star Maximum Threshold setting, Resources with a percentage score that exceeds that limit are not marked with a star.

To set Resource recommendation thresholds:
1. Launch Max Admin, and then on the User Management (
) launchpad menu, in the App Configuration Management section, click Settings.
