Adding Images to Replacement Parts
Prerequisites
• Maximum file size: 5 MB per image
• Supported file formats: jpg, jpeg, png, and gif
Adding images to replacement parts allows you to associate a visual reference with each part. When a image is uploaded, it is displayed in the Replacement modal, providing end users with a clear picture of the part they are working with. This ensures that the correct replacement part is identified quickly and accurately.

• Error reduction – Minimizes the chances of selecting or replacing the wrong part.

To add an image to the Product:
1. Navigate to Product > Related Tab > Notes and Attachments.
2. Click Upload Files.
3. Select the image file.
4. Click Done.
