Depot Configuration Rules
The system performs several validations during Depot Configuration Rules migration from source org to target org to ensure compatibility and consistency.
Validation Scenarios
The following table lists various validations scenarios and relevant error messages displayed:

The target org’s version is below 25.1
Migration of Depot Configuration Rules is supported 25.1 and above.
The product referenced for the Work Plan in the Applies To, Parts, or Tools sections is either missing or multiple products with the same name and Product Code exist in the target org.
Product does not exist in the Target org. (<Product Name>)
The tool cannot migrate the template as multiple products has the same name in the Target org. (<Product Name>)
DataGuide configurations are referenced in dependent Work Plan, but the DataGuide package is not installed in target org
DataGuide package is not installed on the target org. Please install the package and try again.
DataGuide configurations are referenced in dependent Work Plan and fields used in DataGuide configurations are missing in source or target org.
An error message is displayed indicating the missing fields.
The referenced Picklist(s) in dependent Work Plan does not exist in Target org
Picklist(s) <values> are associated with Work Plan does not exist in Target Org.
SFMs or Expression fields missing in either source or target org
An error message is displayed indicating the missing fields.
During exporting or importing Depot configuration rules, the DataGuide configurations are referenced in dependent Work Plan.
Export does not support Timesheet, DataGuide and Checklist processes.
