Depot Service for End Users
The Depot Service enables end users such as call center or support agents, Supervisors and Technicians to perform the following:
• Depot Service Request: Call center or support agents can initiate service requests for faulty assets or products that need service in a depot environment. For more information, see

• Depot Queue for Supervisors and Technicians: Supervisors and technicians can easily track New and In Progress Depot Repair Work Orders, allowing them to prioritize the tasks based on their requirements. For more information, see
