Creating Custom Setting
To create a custom setting
1. Navigate to ServiceMax Setup > App Admin > Settings
2. Select Module = Dispatch Management, Sub Module = Dispatch Console Flex
3. Navigate to Custom Settings
4. Click New Settings
5. Provide the following details

Use Legacy (soon to be deprecated) version of Calendar and Gantt components
Description
When set to True, Dispatch Console uses the legacy calendar UI components, including the Bryntum Ext JS components, which will reach end-of-life (EOL) by the end of 2026. Starting with the 25.2 release, Dispatch Console uses the newly integrated and supported Bryntum UI components, by default.

6. Click Save.
To set the default value:
1. Navigate to ServiceMax Setup > App Admin > Configuration Profiles
2. Click Org Profiles tab.
3. Select the Active profile.
4. Click Settings tab.
5. Expand Dispatch Console module.
6. Expand Dispatch Console submodule.
7. Click the action menu for the custom setting SET00100.
8. Click Details.
9. Select False.
10. Click Apply.
