Closing a Work Order
After completing the associated service event, you must close the Work Order. Before closing, enter the required details in the Closure section on the Details tab of the Work Order record. This information is used to generate the service report and to support analytics on service performance.

Multiple Work Orders may originate from the same support Case to drive parallel service events. Closing one or all associated Work Orders does not automatically close the Case. The support organization must close the original Case manually.
