Recommending Multiple Resources
You can use the Recommend Resources option with Jobs configured with Job Requirements that include multiple Qualifications and skill levels that must be handled by multiple Resources.
To recommend multiple Resources:
1. On the Scheduler Tab, on the Job List, select a Job assigned to multiple Resources, and then on the Job Action Menu (), click Manage Multiple Resources.
2. Select the same Job, and then on the Job Action Menu (), click Recommend Resources.
3. Below the Multi-Resource Assignment Calendar, on the Scheduler Calendar, to the left of the matched Resource you want to add to the Job, click Add (), and then click Save.
