Error 5
com.intalio.core.operation.crud.utils.EntityNotFoundException: Entity not found. UUID: external-a3Ne0000000Oyf3EAC
This error occurs when a Salesforce record is updated but not synced to Service Board.
To resolve Error 5:
1. In Max Designer, on the Development Actions (
) launchpad menu, click Initial Sync Actions, and then in the list view, click the record for the object that triggered the error.
