Enabling Schedule Proposals
To make Schedule Proposals available to users, you must first enable the feature.

You can use Schedule Proposals for up to 50 Jobs or 100 Project Tasks. Although these settings can be configured to other values, the maximum number of Jobs and Project Tasks cannot exceed 100. Crew Resource Appointments are not supported.
To enable Schedule Proposals:
1. In Max Admin, on the User Management () launchpad menu, click Settings, and then in the list view, click Enable Schedule Proposals.
2. On the Enable Schedule Proposals record page, on the Overview tab, select the Default Value check box, and then in the top left corner, click Save and Close ().
