Enabling Multi-Assign Events
By default, the creation of Events attended by multiple Resources is disabled. To meet your organization's needs, you can enable this functionality.

• Multi-Assign Events is supported only for Salesforce Events, and is not available for ServiceMax Events.
• To use this feature, your org must be updated to Service Board Extension versions 19.30003.26, 20.10000.25, 20.20000.5, or 21.10001.1.

To enable Multi-Assign Events:
1. In Max Designer, on the Administration (
) launchpad menu, click Settings, and then in the list view, click Enable Multi-Assign Event.
