Enabling Batch-Dispatched Appointment Alignment
By default, when users dispatch Jobs in bulk, each Appointment is created at a unique time. To align start times of Appointments that are created when Jobs are dispatched in bulk and set the related end times based on configured Duration values, you can enable the Align Batch-Dispatched Appointments setting.
To enable batch-dispatched Appointment alignment:
1. In Max Designer, on the Administration (
) launchpad menu, click Settings, and then in the list view, click Align Batch-Dispatched Appointments.
