Configuring Recommended Resource Grouping
By default, Resource Recommendation results are grouped by Service Teams or Territories, with each group sorted by score in reverse descending order. You can disable this group configuration to show a single list of recommended Resources sorted by score in reverse descending order independently of the related Service Teams or Territories.

Recommended Resources with identical scores are sorted by Resource name in alphabetical order.

To configure recommended Resource grouping:
1. In Max Designer, on the Administration (
) launchpad menu, click Settings, and then in the list view, click Group Recommended Resources.
