Grouped Android Notifications
To make notifications easier to read and more space-efficient, Android notifications are now grouped by notification type on users’ lock screens.
Salesforce Account Connection Support
To ensure Zinc chats and Hotline Requests are connected to the related Work Orders, users in Organizations that have not connected Zinc to ServiceMax can now connect their accounts on the Settings screen in Zinc Mobile.
Message Export
Users can now generate a full transcripts of a Conversatios and send it to their active email addresses that are connected to Zinc.
Summary Property Appears in Mobile UI
In Organizations in which the Summary user property is configured, the property now appears near user names in several locations in the Zinc Mobile UI.
Zinc Desktop/Web
External Guest Users
To provide remote support for end customers who do not have Zinc accounts, users can now generate a Guest Connect Link for a Conversation. Customers can then join chats and video calls without a Zinc account or app. External guest users can access only the Zinc chat or call with the link they receive, and are not granted access to full Zinc functionality. To generate Guest Connect Links, users must have Host permissions.
