Cannot assign work order to a resource when there are a large number of service records for the associated service contract. An error is displayed when the user tried to assign the work order.

Is it possible to perform entitlement for Location?
|
It is possible to perform entitlement for Location with configuration setting SET020 Match Location in Module 'Entitlement Verification', Submodule 'Work Order Entitlement VF'.
If SET020 is set to True, entitlement is performed only if the location on the Work Order is one of the covered locations listed on the service contract.
