Configuring Reports & Dashboards
This out-of-the-box feature provides you the ability to configure reports and dashboards and to generate reports for all the metrics.
This option is provided by default, but it can be deployed in your org. To get this bundle, contact your ServiceMax Account Executive. You can then edit or clone these reports, to suit your business requirements.
After you deploy this bundle in your org, the link to View Dashboard in the SPM configuration displays for each metric. Navigate to the dashboard for the associated metric, in a new browser tab. You can create reports and dashboards in Salesforce, to analyze the Service Performance Metrics generated in your org.
The entry details provided in the Metric definition tab of the MTBF determine whether or not you can generate trend reports for this metric. The following are the various types of reports available:
The value to Single MTBF, allows you to generate the standard reports.
The default value Multiple MTBF, allows you to generate the trend reports for this metric.
