Known Issues and Limitations
The following are the known issues and limitations in the Complex Work Execution feature:
A broken link is displayed when you click on the item that is not of type Product in the Applies To tab of the work plan template.
Limitation to launch advanced service tasks on Web: You cannot launch advanced service tasks on Web if the relevant domain URLs are not added as trusted domains in the Setup page. For information about adding URLs as trusted domains, see Adding URLs as Trusted Domains.
Limitation to review Output Document PDFs generated from service tasks: You cannot preview Output Document PDF files generated from service tasks if the .pdf file type does not have the required download behavior permissions. For information about setting the download behavior permissions for PDF files, see Setting Security Level for Output Document PDFs.
The Action Plan lookup field is not displayed in the Related tab of the Service Product records. An error message is displayed in the Action Plan section. This issue occurs because of a Salesforce limitation. For more information, see Salesforce Help Article.
The Not Started picklist value is not set as default value for the Status field in the Service Product object after running the Configurator. You must set it as the default value manually after running the Configurator.
To set the Not Started picklist value as default value, navigate to Object Manager > Service Product > Fields & Relationships and set the default value for the Status field.
